This standard is a revision of SB/T 10128-1992 "Technical Conditions for Shantou Machine". The revised standard shall be in accordance with the standard format specified in GB/T 1.1. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage related to the steamed bread machine. This standard applies to disc type boring machine and roller type boring machine.
