4 Mechanical manufacturing enterprise energy management system certification requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The enterprise shall meet the requirements of 4.1 of GB/T 23331-2012.
4.1.2 When defining the scope and boundaries of the energy management system, the following aspects should be included.
a) the main products and energy use processes of the enterprise;
b) the site area and physical boundaries of the enterprise's energy use;
c) If the enterprise has an energy service or an energy use process outsourcing, it should also define the responsibility boundary of energy management.
4.2 Management responsibilities
4.2.1 Top management
The top management shall meet the requirements of 4.2.1 of GB/T 23331-2012.
4.2.2 Management representative
Manager representatives should meet the requirements of 4.2.2 of GB/T 23331-2012.
4.3 Energy Policy
4.3.1 The enterprise shall meet the requirements of 4.3 of GB/T 23331-2012.
