1 Scope
1.1 This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of granular grain bulk vehicles.

3 terms and definitions

4 Technical requirements
4.1 General
4.1.1 Granular grain bulk vehicles shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with product drawings and technical documents approved by prescribed procedures.

4.2 Vehicle

4.2.7 The noise outside the vehicle during acceleration shall meet the requirements of GB 1495.
4.2.8 Weldments shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5943.
4.2.9 The paint coating shall comply with the requirements of QC/T 484; the electroplated coating shall comply with the requirements of QC/T 625.
4.2.10 The exposed parts must be treated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust, and their quality requirements shall meet the requirements of QC/T 625.
4.2.11 Under no-load and static conditions, the maximum roll stability angle inclined to the left and right shall not be less than 35 °.
4.2.12 Residual rate of open-cargo granular grain bulk vehicles is not more than 0.025%, closed-type granular grain bulk vehicles and tank-type granules

4.3 carriages
