2 Principles and main contents of standard preparation
2.1 Standards
In the process of standard revision, the drafting group is guided by market demand and implements relevant laws and regulations and mandatory national standards as
Principles, improve product technology, and promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry.
2.2 Arguments for main content, main problems solved
This standard is based on GB 7258-2012 "Technical Conditions for the Safety of Motor Vehicle Operation", combined with China's granular grain bulk
The actual level and particularity of the automotive industry have modified the relevant technical requirements of this standard.
The purpose of this amendment is as follows.
-Supplement, improve and improve the safety technical requirements of granular grain bulk vehicles;
-Provide clear standard basis for the entry of new products for granular grain bulk vehicles;
-Provide guidance for the R & D and production of granular grain bulk vehicle companies;
-Provide technical basis for selecting vehicles;
-The competent authority provides technical basis for vehicle supervision and inspection.
2.3 Explanation of the main content of the standard
Compared with QC/T 456-1999, this standard has the following changes and reasons.
-Modified terms and definitions (see Chapter 3), terms and definitions covered by QC/T 456-.1999 cannot be accurately described in this section
Reflected in the standard;
-Added definition of granular grain bulk vehicles (see 3.1). This standard includes granular grain bulk vehicles and granular grain
Bulk trailers, in order to unify the names of the two types of vehicles, special definitions of grain grain bulk vehicles;
-Modified terminology for closed-cargo granular grain bulk vehicles (see 3.3). This standard adds granular food in bulk
Trailer, so the term of closed-cargo granular grain bulk vehicles has been modified;
--Added definition and requirements for tank granular grain bulk vehicles (see 3.4, 4.4, 5.4.2). This standard contains tank
Granular grain bulk vehicles, QC/T 456-1999 The description of tank granular grain bulk vehicles cannot be accurately expressed
-Added definition and test of residual rate (see 3.6, 5.5). QC/T 456-.1999 mentions residual rate but lacks definition
And test;
-Added general technical requirements. The requirements of vehicles and components shall be taken as the general content (see 4.1).
-Removed chassis requirements, braking performance requirements, emission requirements, fuel consumption requirements (QC/T 456-1999's
4.1.2, 4.1.3, 4.1.5, 4.1.7, 4.1.8). QC/T 456-.1999 "Chassis requirements, braking performance requirements
Requirements, emissions requirements, fuel consumption requirements ", there are corresponding standards in the current standard, this standard will not be described repeatedly;
-Added operational safety requirements and side and rear lower protection requirements (see 4.2.2, 4.2.3). Operational safety requirements and side
The front and rear lower protection requirements are key items of safety requirements, which are missing in QC/T 456-1999;
-Added requirements for galvanic coatings (see 4.2.9). This standard refers to the new standard for the requirements of electroplated coatings;
-Added maximum roll stability angle requirement (see 4.2.11). The maximum roll stability angle requirement is a key item of safety requirements.
This requirement is missing from QC/T 456-1999;
-Added requirements for granular grain bulk semi-trailers and towbar trailers (see 4.2.13). QC/T 456-1999 standard
The "Requirements for granular grain bulk semi-trailers and towbar trailers" is missing in this standard, and this standard includes this requirement;
-Modified the requirements for the carriage of granular grain bulk cars, the strength and stiffness of the cars, and the requirements for sealing structures (see 4.3, QC/T
