Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces QC/T 254-1998 "Technical Conditions for Banknote Carriers" and QC/T 255-1998 "Test Methods for Protective Performance of Banknote Carriers".
Compared with QC/T 254-1998 and QC/T 255-1998, the main technical changes of the standard are as follows.
- Modified the scope (see 1,.1998 version 1);
- Modified the normative reference documents (see 2,.1998 edition 2);
- Modified the definition of cockpit and escort cabin (see 3.4, 3.5, 3.4 and 3.5 in.1998 edition);

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, transportation,

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Cash carrying vehicles
It is a van with anti-gunshot, anti-violent damage, alarm and counterattack functions, and specializes in transporting currency or valuables.
3.2
Burster block

4 Product Classification
Cash transport vehicles are classified into three types. light, medium, and heavy according to the maximum loading quality and available volume of the cash transport compartment. See Table 1 for specific classifications.
5 requirements
5.1 Basic requirements
5.1.1 The cash transport vehicle shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
5.1.2 Outsourcing parts and outsourcing parts should comply with relevant standards and have product qualification certificates. They can be used only after passing the inspection.
5.1.3 All exposed metal parts shall be treated with anticorrosion and rust prevention, and the coating of the body shall meet the requirements of QC/T 484.Bulletproof and anti-riot structure,

5.1.4 Fasteners should be connected reliably and must not be loosened during driving.
5.1.5 The cockpit and the escort compartment should each be equipped with a set of fire extinguishers, which should be installed firmly and easily accessible.
5.1.6 The vehicle door lock must not be opened automatically during driving, and the lock should be flexible and reliable.
5.1.7 The exterior mirror on the driver's side should be adjustable inside the car.
5.1.8 The outer dimensions, axle load and mass limit of the banknote transport vehicle shall comply with the relevant regulations of GB 1589.The maximum total mass and axle load mass are set by the factory.

5.1.9 The maximum speed of light and medium-sized cash transport vehicles shall not be less than 100km/h, and the maximum speed of heavy-duty cash transport vehicles shall not be less than 90 km/h.
5.1.10 The acceleration time of light and medium-sized cash transport vehicles from a standstill and continuous shifting to 90% of the maximum speed shall not exceed 45s.
The acceleration time of the cash transport vehicle from a standstill to 90% of the maximum speed should not exceed 50s.
5.1.11 The maximum climbing degree of the cash transport vehicle shall not be less than 25%.
5.1.12 The braking performance, handling performance and other safety technical requirements of the whole vehicle operation of the cash transport vehicle shall meet the requirements of GB 7258.
5.1.13 The lighting and light signal devices shall meet the requirements of GB 4785.
5.1.14 The rain-proof and airtightness of the cash transport vehicle shall meet the requirements of QC/T 476.
5.1.15 The continuous driving distance of the cash transport vehicle shall not be less than 10 km. After stopping for 5 minutes, observe that there should be no leakage at the connecting part of oil, water and gas.
5.1.16 The various electronic devices installed in the car should be installed firmly and reasonably arranged. The mounting bracket should have surface protection treatment, the wiring should be neat, and the decoration should be complete.
5.1.17 The requirements of mandatory inspection items shall comply with the relevant standards of the automobile industry.
5.2 Structure and configuration requirements
5.2.1 The cash transport vehicle shall consist of the cockpit, escort compartment and cash transport compartment, and shall meet the following requirements.
5.2.1.1 All cabin interiors shall use flame-retardant materials, and the flame retardancy of interior parts shall meet the requirements of GB 8410.

5.3 Protection requirements

6 Test method
6.1 The structural parameters, basic performance and reliability driving test of the cash transport vehicle shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of QC/T 252.
6.2 The maximum speed test of the cash transport vehicle shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 12544.
6.3 The acceleration performance test of the cash transport vehicle shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 12543.
6.4 The maximum gradeability test of the cash transport vehicle shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 12539.
6.5 The rainproof and airtightness of the cash transport vehicle shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of QC/T 476.
6.6 The flame retardancy test of interior parts shall be carried out in accordance with GB 8410.
6.7 The protective function test and bumper anti-collision test of cash transport vehicles shall be carried out in accordance with GA 164.
6.8 Compulsory inspection of banknote transport vehicles shall be carried out in accordance with relevant standards.
6.9 Check the integrity of the structure and configuration of the cash transport vehicle one by one in accordance with 5.1 and 5.2, and include the inspection results in Table A.1 of Appendix A.
6.10 Use a sound level meter to measure the sound level of the siren at a distance of 1 m from the sound source. The sound sensor of the sound level meter should be aimed at the sound source and be in the same position as the sound source.
On a horizontal surface, measure the sound levels at four points on the front, back, left and right, find the average value, and include the inspection results in Table A.1 in Appendix A.

7 Inspection rules
7.1 Factory inspection
7.1.1 Banknote transport vehicles must be inspected by the manufacturer's quality inspection department, and the products delivered should meet the requirements of this standard.
7.1.2 The factory inspection items of banknote transport vehicles shall be carried out in accordance with the design documents of the enterprise, but shall include the following items.
a) Appearance;
b) Adjust the position of the headlamp light beam;
c) Rainproof and tightness.
7.2 Type inspection
7.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations.
a) When a new product or an old product is transferred to a factory for trial formulation;
b) When the product resumes production after 2 years of suspension;
c) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, process or materials, which may affect product performance;
d) When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the type test.
7.2.2 In the type test, if it belongs to the two cases a and b in 7.2.1, the test of all contents in Chapter 5 should be carried out; if it belongs to 7.2.1

8 Logo, product accompanying documents, instruction manual, transportation and storage
8.1 Logo
The product mark shall comply with the relevant regulations of GB 7258 and GB/T 18411.
8.2 Documents accompanying the product

8.4 Transportation
