4 Requirements
4.1 General
4.1.1 The communication vehicle shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
4.1.2 Self-made parts shall be assembled only after passing inspection by the inspection department; purchased parts and outsourced parts shall comply with the relevant standards and be manufactured

4.2 Working conditions
The communication vehicle should work normally under the following conditions.

4.3 Vehicle

4.4 Safety requirements
4.4.1 The safety of communication vehicles shall comply with the provisions of GB 7258.
4.4.2 The dimensions, axle loads and mass limits of communication vehicles shall comply with the provisions of GB 1589.

4.5 Environmental requirements

4.5.3 The working noise value at 1 m of the communication vehicle shall not be greater than 60 dB (A).
4.6 compartment

4.7 Power System
4.7.1 The composition of the communication vehicle power system shall meet the electricity demand of the communication vehicle.

4.8 Vehicle balance system
The communication vehicle balance system consists of balance legs and balance instruments. The balance system should meet the following requirements.

4.9 Antenna feeder system
4.9.1 Antenna raising and lowering mechanism.

5 Test method
5.1 Vehicle performance test
5.1.1 The basic performance test of the whole vehicle shall be carried out in accordance with QC/T 252.

5.2 Rain test, heat insulation performance test

5.3 Working noise measurement
5.3.1 The communication vehicle is set up, the vehicle engine is turned off, and the communication system and the generator set work continuously.
