Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Compilation of Standards". This standard is formulated based on the characteristics of the company's products and processes. Please note that some elements of this standard may involve patents. Publication of this standard The agency is not responsible for identifying these patents. This standard replaces Q/BQB 501-2018. Compared with Q/BQB 501-2018, the main changes in this standard are as follows. -The weight of a single disk is divided into three groups. The.2018 version of the regulations is included in Group I, and the requirements of Group II and Group III are added. Groups (I, II, III) should be specified in the contract. If not specified, they will be re-executed according to Group I. This standard is proposed by the Manufacturing Management Department of Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Baoshan Iron & Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. This standard was drafted by the Manufacturing Management Department of Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard. Xu Qing and Lu Xuebin. The previous versions of the standards replaced by this standard are. --Q/BQB 501-1998, Q/BQB 501-2003, Q/BQB 501-2009, Q/BQB 501-2014, Q/BQB 501-2018. Wire rod size, shape, weight and tolerance

1 Scope

This standard specifies the wire rod size, shape, weight and allowable deviation. This standard applies to all kinds of steel wire rods with a diameter of 5 mm to 28 mm produced by Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.

3 Classification and code

Normal accuracy class A Higher accuracy class B Advanced accuracy class C 4 Size, shape and allowable deviation 4.1 The nominal diameter and cross-sectional area of the wire rod shall meet the requirements in Table 1. 4.2 The allowable deviation and out-of-roundness of the wire rod diameter shall comply with the corresponding accuracy levels in Table 1. Out-of-roundness refers to the maximum The difference between the diameter and the minimum diameter. 4.3 The accuracy level shall be specified in the contract. If it is not specified, it will be executed according to A level accuracy. 4.4 According to the requirements of the purchaser, with the agreement between the supplier and the purchaser, wire rods of other sizes other than those specified in Table 1 can be supplied. The allowable deviation is according to the phase in Table 1. Neighboring smaller specifications are implemented.

5 weight

5.1 Wire rods are delivered with actual weight. Refer to Table 1 for the theoretical weight of the wire rod. 5.2 Each plate consists of a whole rod. 5.3 The weight of a single disk should meet the requirements of the corresponding group below. The reorganization type (I, II, or III) should be specified in the contract. If not, Re-execute according to group Ⅰ. -Group I. The pan weight should generally be 1900 kg to 2400 kg. Allow 10% of the number of each delivery batch (two for less than two) The weight of the pan is less than 1 900 kg, but not less than 1,000 kg; -Group Ⅱ. The tray weight should generally be 1 600 kg to 2 100 kg, and 10% of the number of trays per delivery batch is allowed. Plate) the plate weight is less than 1 600 kg, but not less than 1 000 kg; -Group III. The weight of the tray should generally be not less than 1 000 kg, and 5% of the number of trays per delivery lot is allowed (two trays are allowed for less than two trays) The weight of the pan is less than 1,000 kg, but not less than 800 kg. 5.4 According to the requirements of the purchaser, with the agreement between the supplier and the purchaser, other wire rods with other coil weights can also be supplied. Refer to Table 2 for the reference dimensions of the coil shape.

7 Inspection site

7.1 The minimum distance between the sampling location of the inspection and the end of the coil shall meet the requirements in Table 3. 7.2 If there is a dispute over the size, shape and allowable deviation of the wire rod, it shall be measured 4 meters from the end of the wire rod.
