1 Scope
This standard specifies the delivery technical conditions for Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. heat-resistant casing.
This standard applies to seamless casing (hereinafter referred to as casing) used in heavy oil exploitation in the petroleum and natural gas industry and other high-temperature environments.
The casing steel grades in this standard are. BG80H, BG90H, BG100H, BG110H, BG110H-3Cr, BG130H-3Cr.

4.1 Representation of grades

6 Manufacturing method
Steel should be smelted by electric furnace or converter, and methods such as out-of-furnace refining should be used to control the content of harmful substances in the steel and the shape and size of inclusions.

7 Material requirements
7.1 Chemical composition
The product brand (steel grade) and chemical composition (melting analysis and finished product analysis) should meet the requirements of Table 2.
7.2 Tensile performance
7.2.1 Room temperature tensile properties
The room temperature tensile properties of the product should meet the requirements of Table 3.
7.2.2 High temperature tensile properties
According to the requirements of the buyer, after negotiation between the supplier and the buyer and specified in the contract, the supplier shall conduct a high temperature tensile test, and the test temperature shall be 350℃.

10 Inspection and testing
