This standard specifies the definition, quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation requirements of propolis.

3 Terms and definitions

The bees collect the secretions from the branches, leaf buds and callus of the plant and the secretions of the upper parotid gland and wax glands with a small amount of pollen.
