Summary
This standard specifies the requirements for the manufacture, testing, inspection and acceptance of manganese-nickel-chromium-molybdenum steel forgings for the shaft drive shaft, intermediate shaft and motor coupling of the reactor coolant pump motor of PWR nuclear power plant. The roughing state of the drive shaft is a central section with a diameter of about 700 mm solid cylinder, the other forging wall thickness 50mm ~ 100mm with a hollow cylinder. This standard applies to PWR nuclear power plant reactor coolant pump motor shaft drive shaft, intermediate shaft and motor coupling with manganese - nickel - chromium - molybdenum steel forgings.
