1 Scope
This document stipulates the evaluation principles and basis, evaluation requirements, evaluation content, evaluation methods, and evaluation conclusions for green mine construction in the coal industry.
This document is applicable to the green mine construction evaluation of new/renovation/production coal mines, including self-evaluation and third-party evaluation, and can also be used as a reference for other industries.

4 Evaluation principles and basis
4.1 Evaluation principles
The evaluation of green mine construction in the coal industry should follow the following principles.
--Systematic and scientific, green mine construction evaluation covers mining area environment construction, resource development methods, comprehensive resource utilization, energy conservation and reduction, etc.
Evaluation of six aspects. ranking, technological innovation and intelligent mining, enterprise management and corporate image, evaluation scheme design, evaluation index selection
The selection, accounting, and determination of evaluation conclusions should be systematically considered and scientifically reasonable.
