This document specifies the general rules, general requirements, driver safety management, and maintenance of trucks in open-pit coal mines.
Repair and maintenance, safe operation and management of trucks, transportation environment guarantee, traffic management in workplaces, inspection methods and judgment standards.
This document is applicable to the daily safety inspection of large trucks in opencast coal mines.
