3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
pastefillingmaterial
Materials such as coal gangue, fly ash, slag, harmless construction waste, aeolian sand, river sand, loess, tailings and other materials that will be broken during paste filling mining
It is a composite material that is mixed with cementitious material and water (may contain additives or admixtures) in an appropriate proportion, uniformly stirred and then filled into the goaf.

Paste backfill mining pastebackfilmining
A coal mining technology that fills the paste filling material into the goaf to control the movement of the overlying strata.
