Humid and hot environmental conditions for power transmission and transformation equipment
1 Scope
This standard specifies the environmental parameter level and severity of the power transmission and transformation equipment during service under humid and hot environmental conditions.
This standard is applicable to the power transmission and transformation equipment used in the two climate types of “damp heat” and “sub-humid heat” specified in GB/T 4797.1-2018.
Prepared.
Note. Considering the actual environmental conditions used in power transmission and transformation, this standard does not include marine environmental conditions, that is, hydrological conditions are not considered. But it contains hot and humid island environment.
This standard only specifies the environmental conditions that directly affect the product, but does not describe the specific impact of these environmental conditions on the product.
The environmental conditions described in this standard do not include storage, transportation and installation. For such conditions, see relevant standards and technical specifications.
This standard does not consider environmental conditions caused by fire, blasting and ionizing radiation and environmental conditions caused by other accidents. In special circumstances
Under circumstances, the probability of occurrence of these factors should be considered.

4 Humid and hot environmental conditions
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The actual use of power transmission and transformation equipment will be affected by a variety of environmental conditions. The conditions and codes included in it are climatic conditions (K),
Special climatic conditions (Z), biological conditions (B), chemically active material conditions (C), mechanically active material conditions (S), mechanical conditions (M)
And electromagnetic conditions (E). For equipment in different places of use in different hot and humid areas, the above-mentioned various influential conditions and their strict
Cool degree.
4.1.2 For some parameters in the standard, the severity cannot be specified quantitatively, but the severity is qualitatively specified for typical parameters, such as
Condensation, icing and frost in climatic conditions, biological conditions, etc.
4.2 Climatic conditions
4.2.1 Climatic conditions grade parameters, see Table 1.
Note. Zh. means heat radiation conditions; Za. means ambient air movement conditions; Zw. means other water source conditions except rain.
4.3 Biological conditions
The biological conditions in this standard only give typical parameters, and do not give quantitative severity values. See Table 3 for biological condition level parameters.
4.4 Conditions for chemically active substances
See Table 4 for the condition level of chemically active substances.
4.5 Mechanically active material conditions
The environmental parameters of mechanically active material conditions are shown in Table 5.

Description of environmental condition level application
A.1 Description
This appendix provides necessary supplementary explanations on how to correctly select environmental parameters and their levels.
The climatic condition parameters in the standard refer to the short-term extreme conditions experienced by the transmission and transformation equipment in the service process.
The multi-year average of the extreme value, the chemical active substance condition adopts the maximum value, that is, the limit value or peak value that does not exceed 30 minutes per day.
A.2 Climatic conditions
3K4.This level is suitable for temperature controlled places with large humidity changes, and humidity control is not adopted. The product may encounter condensation and rain
The impact of other water sources. But it is not affected by natural precipitation and freezing.
3K5, 3K5L. This grade is suitable for places where there is neither temperature control nor humidity control. Products can be exposed to solar radiation and heat radiation
It is affected by sunlight, air flow, condensation, and water other than rain, and may encounter freezing, but is not affected by natural precipitation.
3K5L differs from 3K5 only in "high temperature" conditions.
4K3Hs. This level is suitable for products directly exposed to "damp heat" and "sub-humid heat" climate types without weather protection.
A.3 Biological conditions
3B1.This level is suitable for places where there is no biological hazard. The product is required to take protective measures, or the product is basically free of mold growth and
Use in places destroyed by animals.
3B2, 4B1.These two levels are suitable for products exposed to mold growth and rodent damage, but no termites.
4B2.This level applies to places where the product is exposed to mold growth and rodents (including termites) damage.
4B3, 4B4.These two levels are applicable to places affected and damaged by marine organisms, and are determined according to the actual conditions in each sea area.
A.4 Chemically active substance conditions
3C1, 4C1.These two levels are suitable for places with less chemically active substances.
3C2, 4C2.These two levels are suitable for general pollution, low chemical gas concentration in the environment, but sometimes people can smell pungent odor
Place.
3Cs1, 4Cs1.These two grades are suitable for areas far away from the ocean, and are basically free from salt spray pollution and corrosion.
3Cs2, 4Cs2.These two grades are suitable for products that are usually used alternately between salty atmosphere and dry atmosphere.
3Cs3, 4Cs3.These two levels are suitable for use in the marine environment or in offshore areas, which may be frequently exposed to the marine environment, but are usually sealed
Closed object protection products.
