3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 28986-2012 apply to this document.

Veneer lumber material paralelstrandlumber; PSL
The veneer strip is coated with a wood-based composite material by applying an adhesive and laminating the laminated body along the longitudinal direction of the material.

3.2
Single strip strand
The unit for preparing the veneer lumber is not more than 6.4 mm in section thickness and not less than 150 times in thickness.
