3 Quality requirements
3.1 Basic requirements
The storage nut is mature and dislocated completely; the appearance is intact, and it is natural yellow, brown, brown or reddish brown; nut moisture content
≤10%, the moisture content of the seed kernel is ≤7%.
3.2 Sensory requirements
