1 Scope

3 Quality requirements

3.1 Basic requirements The storage nut is mature and dislocated completely; the appearance is intact, and it is natural yellow, brown, brown or reddish brown; nut moisture content ≤10%, the moisture content of the seed kernel is ≤7%. 3.2 Sensory requirements The sensory requirements for storage of alfalfa nuts should comply with the relevant provisions of 4.2 of GB 19300-2014. 3.3 Physical and chemical indicators The physical and chemical indicators such as the peroxide value and acid value of the storage of alfalfa nuts should meet the relevant provisions of 4.3 of GB 19300-2014.
