GB/T 6682 Analytical laboratory water specifications and test methods
3 Principle
The lead ions in the sample are extracted by the extract and then atomized using a flame or graphite furnace atomizer to measure at a certain concentration range.
Inside, the absorbance is proportional to the element content and is quantified using the standard curve method.
4 reagents and materials
4.1 Experimental water
The flame atomic absorption method uses the secondary water specified in GB/T 6682; the graphite furnace atomic absorption method uses the one specified in GB/T 6682.
Grade water.
4.2 Reagents
4.2.1 Nitric acid (HNO3). excellent grade pure.
4.2.2 Diammonium hydrogen phosphate [(NH4)2HPO4]. excellent grade pure.
4.3 Reagent preparation
4.3.1 Nitric acid solution (2%). Add 20.0 mL of nitric acid to 100 mL of water and dilute to 1000 mL.
4.3.2 Nitric acid solution (1 1). Measure 100 mL of nitric acid, slowly inject into 100 mL of water, and mix well.
4.3.3 Diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution (20g/L). Weigh 2.0g of pure grade diammonium hydrogen phosphate, and dilute to 100mL with water.
4.4 Standards
A metal lead (Pb) standard with a purity of 99.99% or a nationally certified standard material.
4.5 Standard solution preparation
4.5.1 Lead standard stock solution (1000μg/mL). Accurately weigh 1.000g of metal lead (99.99%), add a small amount of nitric acid solution (1 1),
