LY/T 2482 "Technical Requirements for Forest Tending in Northeast and Inner Mongolia Forest Regions" is proposed to publish the following sections.

1 Scope
This part of LY/T 2482 specifies the forest tending methods and technical requirements of the Daxinganling forest area.
This section applies to forest tending operations in the Greater Xing'an Mountains forest area.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 15781 apply to this document.
4 Forest tending principles
On the basis of the principles stipulated in GB/T 15781, it should also follow.
a) Properly clean up the miscellaneous irrigation that affects the growth of forest trees and properly protect biodiversity;
b) Make full use of forests to raise and harvest surpluses and improve the utilization of forest resources;
c) Reasonably determine the time of parenting.
5 Forest classification and classification
When designing the tending work, the small-sized forest trees should be classified or classified according to the relevant provisions of GB/T 15781.

The tree species age and age group division in the Daxinganling forest area shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T 15781 and GB/T 26424, as shown in Table A.1.
