Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting. This document replaces LY/T 1530-2011 "Comprehensive Energy Consumption for Particleboard Production". 1 Scope

This document defines the terms and definitions of the comprehensive energy consumption for particleboard production, and specifies the grading index for the comparable comprehensive energy consumption per unit output of particleboard. Standards and calculation principles and methods of production energy consumption, and requirements for testing and measurement of production energy consumption. This document is applicable to wood chipboard manufacturers.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 4897 apply to this document. 3.1 Comprehensive energy consumption of particleboard production Refers to the actual consumption of particleboard production enterprises in the whole process of particleboard production (direct production, indirect production) during the planned statistical period The physical quantity of this energy is converted into the sum of standard coal according to the prescribed calculation method. 3.2 Direct comprehensive energy consumption of particleboard production The comprehensive energy consumption of particleboard production in the direct production system during the same statistical period. 3.3 Indirect comprehensive energy consumption of particleboard production The comprehensive energy consumption of particleboard production in the indirect production system during the same statistical period, including auxiliary production energy consumption and auxiliary production energy consumption. 3.4 Specific yield comprehensive energy consumption of particleboard production The ratio of the comprehensive energy consumption of particleboard production to the output of qualified particleboard during the same statistical period. 3.5 Comparable comprehensive energy consumption for unit output of particleboard In the process of particleboard production, the annual production of particleboard is.200 000 m3≤ M <250 000 m3, and the monthly average temperature is 20℃≤T< The amount of energy consumed to produce 1m3 qualified particleboard when the product thickness is 13 mm<H≤20 mm at 35℃. 3.6 Direct production Activities or operations directly related to particleboard production, including raw material preparation, particle preparation, particle drying, screening, sizing, paving, Production processes such as hot pressing and post-processing. 3.7 Indirect production Production activities that provide supporting services for direct production, including auxiliary production systems and auxiliary production systems. 3.8 Auxiliary production system Provide three waste treatment, production equipment maintenance, compressed air supply, heating (or cooling) and lighting in the production workshop for direct production Produce. 3.9 Subsidiary production system For direct and indirect production, it provides raw materials and finished product warehouses, and production-related public places heating (or cooling) and lighting.

5 Principles and methods for calculating energy consumption in particleboard production

5.1 Calculation principles of comprehensive energy consumption for particleboard production The calculation of comprehensive energy consumption for particleboard production shall comply with the relevant regulations of GB/T 2589.Common energy and energy consumption working fluid conversion standard coal coefficient compliance The provisions of Appendix A. 6 Test and measurement requirements for energy consumption in particleboard production

6.1 Energy consumption test 6.1.1 The equipment and management of energy measuring instruments shall meet the requirements of GB 17167 and LY/T 2394. 6.1.2 Tests are carried out during normal production and when the working conditions of the production equipment are stable. 6.1.3 The test method should meet the requirements of GB/T 15316 and GB/T 6422. 6.2 Energy consumption measurement requirements 6.2.1 Measurement of steam consumption Install steam flow meters in the production workshop to measure the amount of steam consumed. 6.2.2 Measurement of electric energy consumption Install an electric energy meter in the production workshop to measure the consumed electric energy. 6.2.3 Measurement of water consumption Install a water meter in the production workshop to measure the amount of water consumed. 6.2.4 Measurement of compressed air The energy consumption of compressed air is measured by the actual power consumption of the air compressor. 6.2.5 Measurement of raw coal Install measuring instruments before the coal is sent to the boiler, and measure according to the actual coal consumption of the boiler. 6.2.6 Measurement of fuel consumption (gasoline, diesel, etc.) The consumption of oil (gasoline, diesel, etc.) is measured by the actual consumption of all relevant fuel-consuming equipment.
