1 Scope

This standard specifies the determination of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2 (AFB1, AFB2) in the main grains by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. 3 Principle

The mycotoxin in the sample is extracted by acetonitrile-water-acetic acid solution, vortexed or shaken, centrifuged, and the supernatant is diluted, centrifuged, and filtered.
