1 Scope
This standard specifies the determination of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2 (AFB1, AFB2) in the main grains by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
AFG1, AFG2), deoxynivalenol (DON), Fusarium oxysporum (NIV), deoxynivalenol-3-glucoside
(DON-3G), 3-acetyldeoxynivalenol (3-AcDON), 15-acetyldeoxynivalenol (15-AcDON),
Zearalenone (ZEN), Ochratoxin A (OTA), Fumonisin B1, B2 (FB1, FB2), T-2, HT-2, variegated toxin
(ST) Principles, procedure and results calculation of 16 mycotoxins.
This standard applies to the determination of 16 mycotoxins in major grains such as wheat, corn and rice.
The detection limit of this standard is 0.3μg/kg~60.0μg/kg, and the limit of quantification is 1.0μg/kg~200.0μg/kg (see Appendix A).

3 Principle
The mycotoxin in the sample is extracted by acetonitrile-water-acetic acid solution, vortexed or shaken, centrifuged, and the supernatant is diluted, centrifuged, and filtered.
Stable isotope internal standard was added and determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and quantified by stable isotope internal standard method.

Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used are of analytical grade, and the experimental water should meet the first-class water requirements of GB/T 6682.

4.3 Ammonium acetate
