Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard was proposed by the National Grain Administration. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Grain and Oil Standardization Technical Committee (SAT/TC270). This standard was drafted. National Academy of Food Science Research Institute, Jilin Province Grain and Oil Hygiene Inspection and Monitoring Station, Suining City Food Quality Supervision and Inspection Station, Beijing Agricultural Quality Standards and Testing Technology Research Center. Determination of ochratoxin A in grain by grain and oil Ultra high performance liquid chromatography

1 Scope

This standard specifies the principle, reagents and equipment for the determination of ochratoxin A in food and its products by ultra performance liquid chromatography. Analysis steps, results calculations, etc. This standard applies to the determination of ochratoxin A in food and its products. The detection limit of ochratoxin A in this standard method is 0.5 μg/kg, and the limit of quantification is 1 μg/kg.

2 Normative references

The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only dated versions apply to this article. Pieces. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document. 3 Principle

The ochratoxin A in the sample is extracted with the extract, purified and enriched by the immunoaffinity column, and determined by an ultra performance liquid chromatography fluorescent detector. Quantification by external standard method.

4 reagents and equipment

Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used are of analytical grade, and the experimental water should meet the first-class water requirements of GB/T 6682. 4.1 Reagents 4.1.1 Methanol (CH3OH). chromatographically pure. 4.1.2 Acetonitrile (CH3CN). chromatographically pure. 4.1.3 Sodium chloride (NaCl). analytically pure. 4.1.4 Disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4). analytically pure. 4.1.5 Potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4). analytically pure. 4.1.6 Potassium chloride (KCl). analytically pure. 4.1.7 Concentrated hydrochloric acid (HCl). analytically pure. 4.1.8 acetic acid (CH3COOH). chromatographically pure. 4.1.9 Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3). analytically pure. 4.1.10 Tween-20.
