3 Principle
The ochratoxin A in the sample is extracted with the extract, purified and enriched by the immunoaffinity column, and determined by an ultra performance liquid chromatography fluorescent detector.
Quantification by external standard method.
4 reagents and equipment
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used are of analytical grade, and the experimental water should meet the first-class water requirements of GB/T 6682.
4.1 Reagents
4.1.1 Methanol (CH3OH). chromatographically pure.
4.1.2 Acetonitrile (CH3CN). chromatographically pure.
4.1.3 Sodium chloride (NaCl). analytically pure.
4.1.4 Disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4). analytically pure.
4.1.5 Potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4). analytically pure.
4.1.6 Potassium chloride (KCl). analytically pure.
4.1.7 Concentrated hydrochloric acid (HCl). analytically pure.
4.1.8 acetic acid (CH3COOH). chromatographically pure.
4.1.9 Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3). analytically pure.
4.1.10 Tween-20. Analytical grade.
4.1.11 Acetonitrile water (60 40). 60 volumes of acetonitrile (4.1.2) mixed with 40 volumes of water.
