1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, instruments, samples, operating procedures, and results of the image analysis method for determining the rice milled rice rate.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 21719-2008 apply to this document.
3.1
Image acquisition imageacquisition
The image is sampled by an image sensor, the image information is converted into system-recognizable image data, and used for analysis display.
3.2
Image analysis
The image data obtained by the image acquisition system is identified and processed, the image feature information is acquired, and the information is judged by mathematical methods.
Analytical analysis.
4 Principle
After the rice is unshelled, it is ground into the third-grade rice specified in GB 1354-2009. It is detected by the image acquisition system and obtained outside the rice.
Observing the image information, and then judging and calculating by the image analysis system, the rice milled rice rate is obtained.
5 instruments
5.1 Instruments specified in GB/T 21719-2008.
5.2 Rice appearance quality detector. with image acquisition and image analysis. The grain length detection error (ΔL) does not exceed 0.2 mm;
The whole milled rice accounts for less than 1.5% of the rice mass fraction detection error (ΔH0), and the error detection method is shown in Appendix A.
