1 Scope
This standard specifies the principle, reagents and materials, equipment and samples of the rapid quantitative detection method of colloidal gold for deoxynivalenol.
Product preparation, sample determination and results presentation.
This standard is applicable to the rapid quantitative detection of deoxynivalenol in wheat, corn and other foods and their products.
The method detection limit was 120 μg/kg.

3 Principle
The deoxynivalenol in the sample extract reacts with the colloidal gold particles in the test strip, and the color depth is deoxidized in the sample.

4.1 Dilution Buffer. Provided by a colloidal gold test strip or prepared according to its instructions.
