3.1 Hardness index tester. meets the requirements of LS/T 3704, and its performance should meet the following requirements.
--- Precision. The coefficient of variation (CV) of the measured value is not more than 2.0%;

4.1 Sampling
4.1.1 Select one of the hard, soft, mixed wheat samples that meet the requirements of 5.2.2 of LS/T 3704-2007 as the raw material sample.
4.1.2 The total amount of sampling at one time should be no less than 1000kg, which meets the needs of batch sample preparation.
4.2 preliminary sampling and initial inspection
