4.2.3 Teaching courses (courseware) in video format should meet the following requirements.

b) The dubbing of teaching content is clear and smooth;

4.2.4 The teaching course (courseware) in animation format should meet the following requirements.
a) The correlation between frame and frame is strong, no less than 12 frames per second;

4.3 Requirements for playback control
4.3.1.Before and during the broadcast of the teaching course (courseware), there should be no advertisements and other information irrelevant to the teaching content.

5 Teaching platform functions
5.1 Learning function
5.1.1 Platform user registration and identity verification
