Tobacco filling value tester verification procedure
1 Scope
This verification procedure applies to the first verification and follow-up of the cut filler value meter for new manufacturing, in use and after repair.
Verification and in-use inspection.

3 Overview
The cut tobacco filling value measuring instrument is an instrument for realizing the detection of cigarette cut tobacco filling value, mainly including measuring barrel and applying force
Parts such as probes, length sensors and time controllers. The working principle is to put a certain quality of tobacco into the measuring bucket.
The volume maintained by the shredded tobacco under a certain time and a certain pressure is measured. When testing the cut filler value, take a certain
a quality tobacco sample, the sample is placed in a measuring barrel, and a given force is applied to the sample in the measuring barrel by a force measuring probe.
Pressure, after a certain period of time, record the height of the sample in the measuring barrel, thereby obtaining the body of the sample in the measuring barrel at this time.
The volume of this sample is divided by the mass of the sample to obtain the filling value of the cut tobacco.
4 Metrological performance requirements
4.1 Testing the atmosphere
The temperature satisfies (22±2) °C, the relative humidity satisfies (60±5)%, and the atmospheric pressure exceeds (96±10) kPa.

4.2 Performance requirements
4.2.1 Measuring bucket
The inner diameter should satisfy (60.0 ± 0.1) mm.
4.2.2 Forced probe
The pressure generated by the probe on the sample should meet (29.4±0.5)N, and the diameter of the probe should meet (55.0±
0.1) mm.
4.2.3 Pressure rate
The speed at which the probe applies pressure to the specimen shall be (19.5 ± 0.5) mm/s.
4.2.4 Length Sensor
The measuring range should be no less than 50mm, the resolution should be 0.01mm, and the maximum tolerance should be ±0.03mm.
