1 Scope

This procedure is applicable to the first-time verification of the atmospheric environment of tobacco constant temperature and humidity laboratory after new construction, in use and overhaul of the system. Subsequent verification and in-use inspection.

2 Citations

This procedure refers to the following documents. GB/T 10739-2002 Standard atmospheric conditions for the treatment and testing of paper, board and pulp samples GB/T 16447-2004 Atmospheric environment for the regulation and testing of tobacco and tobacco products Use of this procedure should take care to use the current valid version of the above cited documents.

3 terms

This procedure specifies the following terms and applies only to this procedure. 3.1 Temperature fluctuation Continuously measure 24h temperature at a certain verification point in the work area, record one data every 2 minutes, within any 24h The extreme difference of the three 10min mean values of the 30min period represents the short-term fluctuation of temperature; continuous within 24h The extreme difference of the 48 30 min period mean represents the long-term fluctuation of temperature. 3.2 Temperature uniformity The temperature difference between the test points in the working area in any of the same 10min cycles indicates the temperature Uniformity. 3.3 Relative humidity fluctuation Continuously measure 24h relative humidity at a certain verification point in the work area, record one data every 2min, within 24h The extreme difference of the three 10min mean values of a 30min period represents the short-term fluctuation of relative humidity; continuous within 24h The extreme difference of the 48 30 min period mean represents the long-term fluctuation of relative humidity. 3.4 Relative humidity uniformity The range of relative humidity averages in all the verification points in the working area in the same 10min period For humidity uniformity.

4 Overview

The calibration of the atmospheric environment of the tobacco laboratory is based on the basic conditions of temperature and humidity of the tobacco laboratory using special measuring instruments. Measurement and calculation of temperature and humidity fluctuations and uniformity, fresh air replenishment, air flow and noise Calculate and judge whether the requirements are met according to the results.
