This procedure is based on the railway industry standard TB/T 3129-2006 "railway vehicle wheel weight tester" developed.
This procedure was first formulated.
Railway vehicle wheel weight tester verification procedures
1 Scope
The order applies to Analog and digital explicit railway vehicle wheel weight tester (hereinafter referred to as "round heavy instrument") for the first time
Test, test and subsequent use of checks.
2 Overview
Wheel instrument is used to measure the actual loading railway vehicle total weight, partial load value and special emphasis on the value of equipment, including oil
Cylinder device, adjusting lever, the pump means and the pointing device and other components. Its working principle is the use of hydraulic jacking system
Then measure the wheel under test pressure of the hydraulic system, and then converted to the measured wheel weights. Each measurement time for a single wheel weight
The amount of all of the individual vehicle wheels and the weight of the total weight, the weight difference on both sides of the partial load value, the weight of the front and rear ends
The difference of emphasis on value. Wheel device structure shown in Figure 1.

3 metering performance requirements
3.1 out of rail gap control sheet thickness
Wheel-rail clearance from the control sheet thickness should not be more than 1mm.
3.2 cylinder piston stroke
Stroke cylinder piston should not be less than 5mm.
3.3 Working length rod
Rod working length adjustment range lower limit should be less than 415mm, the upper limit should be not less than 440mm.
