3 Overview

The gauge caliper is a gauge that uses a comparative measurement to measure the dimensions of the part. The indicator table of the table caliper is (0 A primary or digital display of ~5) mm or (0~10) mm. The main structure of the table caliper is composed of a dial indicator (or digital display), a bow bracket, a fork, a movable measuring rod, and Adjustment rod, locking device, etc. Its appearance is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1 Table caliper outline drawing 1-bow frame; 2-adjustable measuring rod; 3-positioning support; 4-activity measuring rod; 5-percent dial; 6-fork The movable measuring rod measuring surface of the gauge caliper is divided into. the measuring surface with the upper limit of measurement ≤200mm is the plane; the upper limit of measurement >200mm measuring surface is spherical.
