Introduction

JJF 1001-2011 "General Metrology Terms and Definitions", JJF 1059.1-2012 "Measuring Uncertainty Evaluation and Representation” and JJF 1071-2010 “Rules for the Compilation of National Metrology and Calibration Specifications” together constitute the foundation supporting this specification Series of standards. This specification refers to GB/T 7354-2018 "High Voltage Test Technology Partial Discharge Measurement" and DL/T 1416-2015 "General Technical Conditions of Ultrasonic Partial Discharge Tester". This specification is released for the first time. Partial discharge tester calibration specification Part 1.Ultrasonic partial discharge tester

1 Scope

This specification applies to the calibration of contact ultrasonic partial discharge testers with measuring frequencies in the range of 20kHz to 500kHz.

2 Reference documents

This specification refers to the following documents. GB/T 7354-2018 Partial discharge measurement of high voltage test technology DL/T 1416-2015 Ultrasonic partial discharge tester general technical conditions For dated reference documents, only the dated version applies to this specification; for undated references The latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this specification.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this specification. 3.1 Ultrasonic partial discharge tester The ultrasonic signal is converted into an electric signal through the ultrasonic sensor and transmitted to the measurement host, which is A device for measuring the discharge level. [DL/T 1416-2015,3.1] 3.2 Touch sensor A sensor that is installed or placed on the housing of electrical equipment and receives ultrasonic signals through contact. [DL/T 1416-2015,3.2] 3.3 Center frequency The frequency at which the sensor of the tester reaches the resonance state, at which time the frequency response of the tester is maximum. 3.4 Upper cutoff frequency Taking the center frequency as a reference, the signal frequency rises to make the transmission impedance Z(f) drop by 6dB from the peak of the passband Frequency value. It is generally represented by the symbol f1. [GB/T 7354-2018, 3.9.2, with modification] 3.5 Lower cutoff frequency Taking the center frequency as a reference, the signal frequency is reduced, so that the transmission impedance Z(f) is reduced by 6dB from the peak of the passband. Frequency value. It is generally represented by the symbol f2. [GB/T 7354-2018, 3.9.2, with modification] 3.6 dB amplitude The logarithmic measurement value of the peak amplitude of the ultrasonic signal with 1μV or 1mV as the reference. The unit is dB.
