Introduction

JJF 1071-2010 "Rules for the Compilation of National Metrology and Calibration Specifications", JJF 1001-2011 "General Metrology Terms and Definition" and JJF 1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty" together constitute the support for the formulation of this specification The basic series of specifications. This specification refers to GB/T 17561-1998 "Sound pressure for sound intensity measuring instruments Microphone pair measurement", JJG176-2005 "Sound Calibrator", JJG992-2004 "Sound Intensity Measuring Instrument" Measurement methods. This specification is released for the first time. Calibration Specification for Sound Intensity Calibrator

1 Scope

This specification applies to the calibration of sound intensity calibrators used to calibrate pp probe sound intensity measuring instruments.

2 Reference documents

This specification refers to the following documents. 3 Terms and units of measurement

3.1 Terms and definitions The following terms and definitions defined by JJF 1001-2011, JJF 1034 and GB/T 3947-1996 apply to this code. 3.1.1 Sound intensity probe A transducer system in which the output signal can be processed to obtain sound intensity components in a specific direction. [GB/T 17561-1998, definition 3.1] 3.1.2 pp probe A probe consisting of two microphones separated by a known fixed distance. Two microphones measure the sound pressure, and the average value is It is considered to be the sound pressure at the reference point of the probe, and the sound pressure differential can be used to derive the velocity component of the sound particle. [GB/T 17561-1998, definition 3.2] Note. pp probe is also called dual microphone probe. 3.1.3 Phase difference between pp probe channels When the input is the same, the difference in the phase response between each channel of the pp probe, including the microphone preamplifier and cable (If they are part of the probe).
