Carbonization depth gauge and gauge calibration specifications
1 Scope
This specification applies to the measurement of the depth of carbonization with a graduation value/resolution of 0.25 mm and an upper limit of the measurement range up to 8 mm.
Instrument, and the degree of resolution/resolution is 0.01mm, 0.02mm, the measurement range is up to 70mm carbonization depth measurement
Calibration of the ruler. Other types of carbonization depth gauges and gauges are also available for reference.
2 reference files
This specification refers to the following documents.
JJG30 universal caliper
JGJ/T 23 Rebound method for testing concrete compressive strength
For dated references, only dated versions apply to this specification; undated quotations
The latest version (including all amendments) applies to this specification.
3 terms
3.1 Carbonization depth carbonizationdepth
The vertical distance between the carbonized and uncarbonized interface of the concrete to the concrete surface.
3.2 Rebound method
Using a spring-driven weight hammer, the concrete surface is struck by the impact rod (the force-transmitting rod), and the weight is detected to be rebounded.
The distance returned, with the rebound value (ratio of the bounce distance to the initial length of the spring) as an indicator related to the intensity,
A method of determining the strength of concrete.
4 Overview
The carbonization depth measuring instrument and measuring ruler are used to measure the surface carbonization layer of the measured surface when the concrete strength is measured by the rebound method.
Dedicated equipment for depth. It is widely used for the measurement of the depth of carbonized layers on concrete and other building materials. How it is read
Divided into pointer, cursor and digital. Its outline structure is shown in Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3, and Figure 4.
