Introduction

JJF 1071-2010 "Rules for Compilation of National Metrology Calibration Standards", JJF 1001-2011 "General Metrology Terminology and Definition", JJF 1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty" and GB/T 3163-2007 "Vacuum Technology "Technical Terms" together constitute the basic series of specifications formulated by this specification. This specification refers to JB/T 7463-2005 "Hot Cathode Ionization Vacuum Gauge", GB/T 34873-2017 "Vacuum Gauge and standard vacuum gauge direct comparison calibration", GB/T 34876-2017 "Vacuum technology vacuum gauge and standard vacuum gauge Uncertainty Assessment of Calibration Results for Direct Comparison of Air Meters, which adopts the basic principles and discusses specific methods and techniques. The indicators have been refined, supplemented and revised. This specification replaces JJF 1062-1999 "Ionization Vacuum Gauge" and JJG462-2004 "Second Class Standard Ionization Vacuum count". Compared with JJF 1062-1999 and JJG462-2004, except editorial modifications, the main technical changes are as follows. ---Delete the regulatory constants and electrical parameter detection part of the circuit; ---Delete the pressure indication error out-of-tolerance criterion; ---The original specification requires that the background pressure of the calibration chamber of the standard device should not be greater than the lower limit measurement point pressure of the vacuum gauge to be calibrated 2% of the force value, this revision modifies the value to 10% (see 7.2.2.1 and 7.2.2.2); --- Increase the uncertainty assessment method (see Appendix C). The previous releases of this specification are as follows. ---JJG462-2004; JJF 1062-1999. Calibration Specification for Ionization Vacuum Gauge

1 Scope

This specification applies to the calibration of ionization vacuum gauges with a measuring range of 1×10-9Pa~1×102Pa.

3 Terminology and units of measurement

3.1 Terminology 3.1.1 vacuum gauge An instrument for measuring the pressure of gases or vapors below atmospheric pressure. [GB/T 3163-2007, definition 4.1.2] 3.1.2 Regulation gaugehead In some types of vacuum gauges, the part that contains a pressure sensitive element and is directly connected to the vacuum system. Molecular density is determined by measuring the flow of ions produced by the ionization of a gas under controlled conditions, which in turn measures a fraction of the pressure. A vacuum gauge. 3.1.4 Calibration chamber calibrationchamber The vacuum chamber used to house the instrument being calibrated in a standard setup. 3.1.5 Background pressure basepressure The pressure in the calibration chamber before the calibration gas enters the calibration chamber, or after the gas inlet valve is closed for a certain period of time after calibration. [ISO 3567.2011(E), definition 3.17] 3.1.6 correction factor correctionfactor Numeric factor by which the uncorrected measurement is multiplied to compensate for systematic errors. [JJF 1001-2011, Note 3 of definition 5.7] 3.2 Units of measurement The unit of measurement used for the pressure measured by the ionization vacuum gauge is Pascal (Pa).
