Development and preservation of marine plant reference materials
specifications
1 Scope
This standard specifies the methods and technical requirements for the development and preservation of marine plant reference materials.
This standard is applicable to the research of standard materials for the analysis of inorganic components of macroalgae (mainly kelp, wakame, seaweed and other macroalgae) in the ocean.
Preparation and storage, other component analysis standard materials can refer to this standard.

The following terms and definitions established by JJF1005-2005 and are applicable to this document.
3.1
Marineplants
Autotrophic organisms with chlorophyll, photosynthesis, and organic matter production, including marine algae, fungi, lichens and vascular plants
Wait. In this standard, marine plants mainly refer to macroalgae such as kelp, wakame, and laver.
3.2
Vacuumfreeze-drying
A method of freezing the object to fix its biological characteristics and structure, and then drying it under vacuum (that is, the solid
Body water directly sublimate into gaseous state), so as to achieve the purpose of dehydration technology.
Note 1.Vacuum freeze drying is also called sublimation drying, freeze drying, and vacuum freeze drying.
Note 2.The vacuum freeze-drying process includes three basic operations. freezing, sublimation (primary drying) and desorption (secondary drying), the object can hardly be structured
Changes in upper or biological characteristics, and has a high degree of dehydration (more than 95% to 99% of water can be discharged), so it is conducive to long-term storage. object
The drying process is carried out under vacuum conditions, so it is not easy to oxidize.
3.3
[Nuclear] irradiation sterilization
A "cold disinfection" method to kill bacteria in objects by irradiation with cobalt-60 gamma rays with a given ratio of energy.
4 Preparation of marine plant reference materials
4.1 The preparation process of marine plant reference materials
Before analysis, the samples (including uniformity, stability inspection and multiple fixed values) should be dried at (60±1)℃ for 2h.
