Development and preservation of marine animal reference materials
specifications
1 Scope
This standard specifies the methods and technical requirements for the development and preservation of marine animal reference materials.
This standard is applicable to the development and preservation of standard materials for the analysis of inorganic components of shellfish, crustaceans (shrimp) and fish in the ocean.
Refer to this standard for analysis of standard materials.

3.1
Marine indexanimal
The types of marine animals that can reflect the marine ecological environment. Such as. a type that has a strong tolerance for certain pollutants or a certain kind of pollution
Types of material sensitivity.
3.2
Degreasing
Remove fat from the muscles of marine animals (mainly fish).
Note. For high-fat fish (such as large yellow croaker cultured in cages), degreasing treatment should be performed when preparing standard materials.
3.3
Vacuumfreeze-drying
A method of freezing the object to fix its biological characteristics and structure, and then drying it under vacuum (that is, the solid
Body water directly sublimate into gaseous state), so as to achieve the purpose of dehydration technology.
Note 1.Vacuum freeze drying is also called sublimation drying, freeze drying, and vacuum freeze drying.
Note 2.The vacuum freeze-drying process includes three basic operations. freezing, sublimation (primary drying) and desorption (secondary drying), the object can hardly be structured
Changes in upper or biological characteristics, and has a high degree of dehydration (more than 95% to 99% of water can be discharged), so it is conducive to long-term storage. object
The drying process is carried out under vacuum conditions, so it is not easy to oxidize.
3.4
[Nuclear] irradiation sterilization
A "cold disinfection" method to kill bacteria in objects by irradiation with cobalt-60 gamma rays with a given ratio of energy.
