Sea area use classification
1 scope
This standard specifies the classification principles used in sea areas and the division of classification systems.
This standard is applicable to the acquisition, registration, issuance of licenses for the use of sea areas, the collection of sea area use fees, law enforcement supervision of sea area use, and maritime registration investigations and unifications.
The definition of the types of sea areas and the ways in which sea areas are used is defined in such work as planning analysis, sea area use demonstration, sea area assessment, and sea area management information system construction.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
2.1
Exclusive use of sea activities that continue to use specific sea areas for more than three months.
2.2
Sea areas are classified according to the differences in sea areas formed by the use and characteristics of different sea areas.
