Classification, code and model naming of marine instruments
1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification principles and methods, code preparation methods, classification and codes, and model naming methods for marine instruments and equipment.
This standard applies to the model naming, management and statistics of marine instruments and equipment.
2 Normative references
The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated reference documents, only the dated version applies to this article
Pieces. For undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) applies to this document.
GB/T 14885-2010 Classification and codes of fixed assets

3 Classification principles and methods
3.1 The classification of marine instruments and equipment follows the basic principles of scientificity, systematicness, scalability, compatibility and comprehensive practicality.
3.2 The classification of marine instruments and equipment adopts the line classification method (also known as the hierarchical classification method and the system classification method), which is divided into three levels.
a) The first level is divided into marine hydrological instruments and equipment, marine physics instruments and equipment, and marine chemistry instruments according to GB/T 14885-2010
Marine equipment, marine geology and geophysical equipment, marine biological equipment, marine meteorological equipment, marine comprehensive observation system
System (including buoys), general marine observation equipment (including sampling equipment), sea water (britter water) treatment equipment and other marine instruments and equipment, etc.
Ten categories;
b) The second level is classified according to the elements or uses of marine instruments and equipment;
c) The third level is the name of the equipment.
4 Code preparation method
4.1 The marine instrument and equipment code adopts a 7-digit hierarchical code structure, which is divided into three layers (corresponding to the three levels in 3.2), the first layer and the second
The level is represented by two Arabic numerals, and the third level is represented by three Arabic numerals. The code classification structure is shown in Figure 1.

The second layer (measurement element or purpose)

The third layer (instruments and equipment)

4.2 Appropriate empty codes are reserved for each layer for use when adding or adjusting categories.
4.3 For instruments and equipment that have not been listed, there are containment items in each level of classification. The first and second levels are indicated by the code "99", and the third level is
The code "999" means.
4.4 The code examples of marine instrument equipment are as follows.
