Sewage permit application and issuance technical specification boiler
1 Scope of application
This standard stipulates the requirements for the basic conditions of the application and issuance of the pollutant discharge permit for boiler discharge units, and the permitted emission limits.
Value determination, actual emissions accounting, compliance determination methods, and self-monitoring, environmental management ledger and sewage permit
Environmental management requirements such as reporting, and put forward technical requirements for boiler pollution prevention and control.
This standard is applicable to the boiler discharge unit of GB 13271 to report the “Sewage Permit Application Form” and discharge in the country.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1 boiler pollutant emission unit boiler pollutant emission unit

4 Basic requirements for reporting the discharge unit
4.1 General principles
The boiler discharge unit shall report the sewage discharge in the national sewage discharge permit management information platform declaration system in accordance with the requirements of this standard.
