Foreword
In order to promote the construction of environmental information, establish and improve the environmental information standard system to provide environmental information processing and exchange
Technical support, ensuring the orderly processing and exchange of combustion type information, and unifying the classification and code of combustion methods.
Set this standard.
This standard specifies the classification and code of the combustion method.
This standard is the first release.
This standard was formulated by the Science and Technology Standards Department of the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
This standard was drafted. Information Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Beijing University of Science and Technology.
This standard was approved by the Ministry of Environmental Protection on December 21,.2009.
This standard has been implemented since March 1,.2010.
This standard is explained by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
Combustion mode code
1 Scope of application
This standard specifies the classification and code of the combustion method.
This standard is applicable to the collection, exchange, processing and use of information on combustion methods at all levels of environmental protection departments across the country.
Management of the construction of environmental management information systems.
2 Normative references
The contents of this standard refer to the terms in the following documents. For undated references, the valid version applies to this
standard.
GB/T 7027 Basic principles and methods of information classification and coding
3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Classification of combustion methods
The process of distinguishing and classifying information attributes or characteristics classified according to the combustion method according to certain rules.
The combustion method establishes a certain classification system and the order of arrangement.
3.2
A collection of things that have a common attribute, also known as a category.
3.3
Classification system
The whole of the interrelated categories formed after classification.
3.4
Combustion mode code
A character or set of characters representing the burning mode category.
3.5
Combustion mode coding
Based on the classification of combustion methods, the process of assigning codes to the combustion mode category.
3.6
Code table
The form of expression after classification of combustion methods. The code table in this standard mainly includes the code of the combustion mode category.
Names and notes, etc.
4 Classification principles
4.1 Scientific principles
According to the most stable information attribute of the combustion method and the logical association existing in it, as the basis of classification, and considering the burning side
Characteristics and development requirements.
4.2 Practical Principles
When classifying combustion methods, the category setting should be comprehensive and practical. The important and important combustion methods should be regarded as the first category.
Listed.
4.3 Stability Principle
When classifying combustion methods, we should combine the results of years of combustion technology work in China and consider the points that some departments are using.
Class and coding.
4.4 Extensibility Principle
Reserve space on the expansion of the combustion method category to ensure that the classification system has certain flexibility and can be performed on this classification system.
Extension and refinement. Under the premise of maintaining the classification system, the applicable classification rules are allowed to be developed under the final classification.
4.5 Compatibility Principle
Coordinate with relevant information classification standards existing in the country, maintain the continuity of inheritance and actual use, and related countries
The standard is consistent.
5 Classification methods
5.1 Basic methods
The basic classification method of this standard follows the provisions and requirements of GB/T 7027.
5.2 Classification method of combustion method
This standard adopts the surface classification method for the combustion reaction bed form, combustion equipment and combustion mechanism, for the specific combustion process,
The combustion parameters and combustion pollution characteristics are determined by line classification.
The classification of combustion methods is classified into a first-class category, which is classified into six categories according to specific combustion processes, combustion parameters, and combustion pollution characteristics.
6 combustion mode coding
6.1 Coding principle
6.1.1 Uniqueness
There is only one code for each type of combustion, and one code represents only one type of combustion.
6.1.2 Rationality
The code structure is adapted to the classification system.
6.1.3 Extensibility
Have appropriate backup capacity to accommodate the ever-expanding needs.
6.1.4 Simplicity
The code structure is as concise as possible and the length is appropriate to save machine storage space and reduce the error rate of the code.
6.1.5 Stability
Once the combustion mode code is determined, it should remain unchanged.
6.1.6 Normative
The type, structure, and writing format of the code are uniform.
6.2 Coding method
The coding method of the combustion method adopts a hierarchical coding method, and each layer is digitally coded.
The burning mode code from left to right indicates the level from high to low, the left end of the code is the highest level code, and the right end is the most
Low level code. Use a fixed incremental format. The sequence code uses an incremental digital code.
6.3 Code composition
The combustion mode code is represented by two Arabic numerals, 01 to 99.
7 Classification and code of combustion methods
Table 1 lists the names, codes, and corresponding notes for the combustion method category.
