5 Operation requirements for sewage treatment
5.1 Operation requirements of the inlet pump house

5.5 Operational records and statistics
5.5.1 The wastewater treatment plant shall record the real-time operation according to the operation and management regulations. The contents of the record shall include.

6 Operation requirements for sludge treatment and disposal
6.1 Basic requirements
6.1.1 The sludge treatment and disposal facilities shall be planned, synchronized and operated simultaneously with the sewage treatment facilities.
6.1.2 The sewage treatment plant shall collect all the sludge generated from the sewage treatment and implement effective treatment for stabilization, volume reduction and reduction.
6.1.3 The sewage treatment plant shall strengthen the operation of all aspects of sludge treatment (collection, storage, concentration, regulation, dehydration and outbound transportation, etc.)

7 Operation requirements for malodorous gas treatment
7.1 Basic requirements

11.1.2 The wastewater treatment plant shall collect, sort and preserve relevant information on the construction and operation of the sewage treatment facilities.
11.2 Information on facility construction information ledger records includes but is not limited to.

11.4 The contents of the pollution reduction account book record include but are not limited to.
a) Basic conditions of sewage treatment facilities and total amount of pollutant reduction;
b) electricity consumption, drug consumption, sludge reduction treatment and harmless disposal caused by the operation of the facility;
c) New pollution reduction capacity and dynamic changes in operational emission reduction effects.
11.5 The contents of the facility renovation account record include but are not limited to.
a) Improve the construction project of increasing the emission reduction of the pipeline network, including but not limited to. the planning and construction of the supporting pipeline network of sewage treatment facilities
Construction plan, progress, and description of the new service scope, area, population, industrial enterprises and water after the improvement of the pipe network
Changes in volume and concentration;
b) Construction projects that increase the capacity of sewage treatment and improve the treatment effect, including but not limited to. alteration,
Expansion project approval documents and relevant certification materials, actual increase in treated water volume, increased total amount of pollution reduction and improvement of water quality

11.6 The information record of the wastewater treatment plant includes the facility operation record, operation certificate and operation report.
11.6.1 Record of facility operations, including but not limited to.
a) The operation status of the single equipment, the accumulated running time, and the statistical table of the operational data of various instruments on the site;
b) Operation record table. monthly treatment water volume by month, inlet and outlet water quality, factory sludge volume, power consumption, etc.;
c) main data statistics table of the central control system, equipment failure time statistics table, and operation status report of each processing unit process;
d) The main trend trend curve of the central control system. monthly flow (intake, effluent volume, blast volume and sludge volume),
Binding indicators COD, ammonia nitrogen (in N), and key process parameters DO, MLSS, etc.;
e) Information on the amount of wastewater reuse, the operation of recycling facilities and the performance of water reuse.
11.6.2 Facility operation credentials, including but not limited to.
a) Supervisory monitoring report, on-site verification report and deadline rectification and punishment notice for environmental protection administrative department;
b) Electricity fee payment voucher, drug purchase voucher, sludge disposal transfer voucher.
11.6.3 Facilities operation report, including but not limited to.
a) The operating unit shall regularly summarize the operation of the sewage treatment facilities and the emission reduction of pollutants, and operate the accounts and sewage according to the facilities.
Dyeing and emission reduction accounts to prepare annual facility operation reports, and use information systems to realize data interconnection and wireless uploading, etc.
