1 Scope of application

3 Terms and definitions

4 General requirements

6 Treatment and disposal pollution control requirements

6.1 The fly ash treatment process includes water washing, solidification/stabilization, molding, low-temperature thermal decomposition, high-temperature sintering, and high-temperature melting. The following requirements should be met. a) Fly ash treatment facilities should have automatic control functions for operating parameters such as fly ash feed volume, treatment temperature, and treatment time. b) Fly ash treatment should be equipped with a treatment system or returned material reprocessing device for overhauling fly ash and unqualified fly ash treatment products. c) The waste water generated in the fly ash treatment process should be returned to the process first for recycling or comprehensive utilization. 7 Environmental and pollutant monitoring requirements

7.1 The owners of fly ash treatment and disposal facilities shall, in accordance with the relevant national self-monitoring regulations and the Environmental and pollutant monitoring during treatment and disposal. 8 Environmental management requirements
