Pollutant discharging unit of railway transportation equipments
manufacturing industry
Refers to the pollutant discharge units engaged in the manufacturing of railway transportation equipment, including the manufacturing of high-speed EMUs, railway rolling stock, and narrow gauge rolling stock

4.1 Requirements for basic information of pollutant discharge units
