Part One Ferroalloy Sewage Unit
1 Scope of application
This standard specifies the basic requirements for filling out the application and issuance of a pollutant discharge permit by ferroalloy pollutants, as well as the permitted discharge limit.
Value determination, actual emissions accounting, compliance determination methods, self-monitoring, environmental management ledger and emission permit implementation
Environmental management requirements such as reports put forward feasible technical requirements for pollution prevention and control.
This standard is applicable to guide ferroalloy pollutants to fill in the "Sewage Discharge Permit Application Form" and to manage pollutant discharge permits nationwide

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
