1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Take Gongfu black tea as the raw material, and select jasmine flowers (including magnolia, Zhulan and other flowers as a base) for scenting.
3.2
Special jasmine black tea
It is made from black tea with a unique shape and scented with fresh jasmine flowers.
4 Product classification and quality level
4.1 Product Classification
The products are divided into two types. large leaf jasmine black tea and medium and small leaf jasmine black tea. Each category is divided into special jasmine black tea and grade jasmine black tea.
4.2 Quality level
4.2.1 The special jasmine black tea has no quality grade.
4.2.2 Grade Jasmine black tea is divided into four grades, namely special grade, first grade, second grade, and third grade according to its quality.
5 requirements
5.1 Basic requirements
Must not contain any additives.
5.2 Raw material requirements
5.2.1 Flowers
There should be no deterioration, no pollution, and should be mature, full, white, and ready to bloom.
5.2.2 Green tea
The green jasmine tea shall meet the relevant regulations of GB/T 13738.2.
5.3 Scenting site, equipment, environmental conditions
It shall meet the requirements of GB/T 14881.
5.4 Sensory requirements
5.4.1 The quality is normal, no deterioration, no peculiar smell.
5.4.2 The sensory quality of the product should meet the requirements of Table 1 and Table 2.
5.5 Physical and chemical indicators
Should meet the requirements of Table 3.

5.6 Food safety indicators
5.6.1 The limit of pollutants should meet the requirements of GB 2762.
5.6.2 The pesticide residue limit shall meet the requirements of GB 2763.
5.7 Net content
It shall comply with the "Measures for Supervision and Administration of Quantitative Packaging Commodities".
6 Test method
6.1 Sampling
According to the provisions of GB/T 8302.
6.2 Sensory indicators
According to the provisions of GB/T 23776.
6.3 Physical and chemical indicators
6.3.1 The moisture inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 5009.3.
6.3.2 The total ash inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 5009.4.
6.3.3 The inspection of broken tea and powder shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 8311.
6.3.4 The inspection of water extract shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 8305.
6.3.5 The inspection of dried jasmine shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations in Appendix B of GB/T 22292.
6.4 Food safety indicators
6.4.1 The pollutant limit inspection shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB 2762.
6.4.2 The pesticide residue limit inspection shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB 2763.
6.5 Net content item index
7 Inspection rules
7.1 Sampling
7.1.1 Sampling is based on "batch", the product group is the same production date, the same batch of materials, and the same production line.

7.1.2 Sampling shall be carried out according to GB/T 8302.
7.2 Inspection
7.2.1 Factory inspection
The factory inspection items are sensory quality, moisture, broken tea, powder, dried jasmine, and net content. Each batch of products must be inspected and qualified,

7.2.2 Type inspection
Type inspection items are all items required in Chapter 5, which should be carried out once a year during normal production. In one of the following cases, it should be

a) When there are major changes in raw materials, equipment, processes or environmental conditions that may affect product quality;
b) When the results of the factory inspection are significantly different from the results of the last type inspection;
c) When production has been suspended for more than half a year, when production resumes;
d) When the national statutory quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements.
7.3 Judgment rules
According to the items required in Chapter 5, if there is a product that does not meet the requirements, it is judged as a non-conforming product.
7.4 Re-inspection
When there is a dispute about the inspection result, the sample shall be retained or the same batch of products shall be re-sampled according to GB/T 8302 for unqualified
The re-inspection of the project shall be subject to the results of the re-inspection.
8 signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 Signs and labels
The product packaging, storage and transportation pictorial signs should comply with the requirements of GB/T 191.The label of the product should comply with GB 7718 and the national quality supervision

8.2 Packaging
Should comply with GH/T 1070 regulations.
8.3 Transportation
The means of transportation must be clean, hygienic, dry, odor-free, and pollution-free. Measures such as rain, moisture, and sun protection must be taken during transportation.
It must be mixed and transported with toxic, harmful, odorous, or polluting items. When loading and unloading, please load and unload lightly.
8.4 Storage
It should meet the requirements of GB/T 30375.The warehouse for storing products is required to be dedicated, clean, hygienic, ventilated and dry, free of odor,
Non-toxic, no pollutants. The product is strictly prohibited from mixing with toxic, harmful, odorous, or polluting items.

The amount of flowers in the scenting process of jasmine black tea
See Table A for the amount of jasmine black tea in each scenting order.
Note. 1.Special jasmine black tea scenting times choose four scenting one mentioned above.
2.The premium jasmine black tea is selected for three scents, and the first and second levels are selected for two scents.
3.The amount of flowers for each scenting time of large-leaf jasmine black tea should rise by 10%.
