1 Scope
This guidance technical document gives the project conditions, division of responsibilities, project organization and operation, and project expected results of the poverty alleviation workshop project.
Analysis, project evaluation and management, and provide information on typical poverty alleviation cases in China's poverty alleviation workshops (see Appendix A, Appendix

2 Project conditions
2.1 Facilities and equipment conditions
2.1.1 The project facilities shall be based on the construction of the production workshop, and the plant shall be planned according to the type of processed products and supporting production and living facilities.
2.1.2 Traffic conditions for product transportation should be available.
2.2 Personnel conditions
2.2.1 There should be certain labor capacity, no infectious diseases, no national or personal physical contraindications for the products produced.
2.2.2 The poor should be given priority.
2.2.3 Managers and security personnel should be configured according to production needs.
