1 Scope

This Guidance Technical Document specifies the general principles of quality and safety control of exported aquatic products, raw materials, processing enterprises, production management personnel, production Processing, packaging, storage, transportation, product traceability and recall, as well as the main export aquatic products processing quality and safety control standards and other requirements. This Guidance Document is applicable to the quality and safety control of exported aquatic products (except eels and their products).

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this guidance document. 3.1 Sea or freshwater aquatic animals for human consumption (excluding live aquatic animals and their propagation material, excluding aquatic mammals, amphibians Such as aquatic animals), and foods made from them as the main raw material.

4 General rules
