This standard replaces GB/T 9941-1988 "high-speed tool steel sheets and technical conditions."
This standard compared with GB/T 9941-1988, the main changes are as follows.
--- Standard name was changed to "high-speed tool steel plate";
--- Added "order contents" clause;
--- Added "smelting method" clause;
--- Minimum width of hot rolled steel sheet and the minimum length is adjusted to 500mm;
--- Added "According to the requirements, and indicate in the contract, pickling steel sheet delivery";
--- Increased W6Mo5Cr4V2Co5 grades and the relevant technical requirements;
--- Brinell hardness test specifications from a thickness greater than 1.3mm adjusted to a thickness greater than 1.5mm;
--- Increased steel electroslag predetermined set of samples and the number of samples and sampling site.
