This document replaces GB/T 3279-2009 "Spring Steel Hot Rolled Steel Plate". Compared with GB/T 3279-2009, except for structural adjustment and editing
In addition to sexual changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

This standard replaces GB/T 3279-1989 "spring steel sheets."
This standard compared with GB/T 3279-1989, the main changes are as follows.
--- Standard name was changed to "spring steel hot-rolled steel";
--- Increased thickness greater than 4mm ~ 15mm spring steel hot-rolled steel sheet and the corresponding technical requirements;
--- Added "order contents" clause;
--- Canceled 55Si2Mn grades;
--- Added "smelting method" clause;
--- Changed the dimensions of the steel sheet, shape and tolerances of the provisions;
--- Increasing the thickness of 3mm ~ 15mm predetermined mechanical properties of steel;
--- Increased thickness greater than 4mm ~ 15mm steel decarbonization policy.
