Foreword
This revised standard adopts ISO 2160.1998 "Copper Corrosion Test Methods for Petroleum Products" (in English).
This standard is based on ISO 2160.1998 redrafted. For ease of comparison, the information in Appendix A lists the provisions of this national standard
Standard Terms and international control list.
The standard in the use of international standards has been modified. The technical differences between a single vertical line identifies the page in terms of which they are involved
Margin. In Appendix B gives a list of the technical differences and the reasons for the reference.
For ease of use, this standard also made the following editorial changes.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the principles of copper corrosion measuring benzene products, reagents, and materials, instruments, sampling and preservation, copper preparation, test procedures,

4 Reagents and materials
4.1 aqueous solvent
2,2,4-pentane (isooctane), AR.
4.2 polishing material

5 Instruments
5.1 copper. purity > 99.9% copper, polished surface, hard-tempered and polished by the cold.
