Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 7894-2009 "Basic Technical Conditions for Hydrogenerators". Compared with GB/T 7894-2009, except for structural adjustments
In addition to general and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Added 60Hz product content to the range (see Chapter 1);
---Added terms and definitions such as condenser, advance phase operation, late phase operation (see Chapter 3);
---Added the preferred rotation speed for 60Hz products (see 5.4);
---Added PQ diagram of turbine generator output (see 5.5);
---Changed the voltage and frequency change range (see 5.6, 5.5 of the.2009 version);
---Added the calculation method for apportioning the thrust bearing loss of the hydrogenerator from the total thrust bearing loss (see 5.7.6);
--- Added requirements for ventilation losses and bearing losses to be corrected according to temperature and humidity (see 5.7.5, 5.7.6, 5.7.7);
---Added detailed values of electrical parameters and time constants as well as tolerance range requirements for reactance (see 5.8, 5.9);
---Changed the total harmonic distortion rate limit of the stator line voltage waveform (see 5.10, 5.8 of the.2009 version);
---The temperature rise limit requirements of the stator core have been changed (see 6.1,.2009 version of 6.1), and the temperature rise limit corresponding to the temperature rise limit has been added.
Temperature rise test method and temperature measurement component layout requirements (see 6.2 and 6.3);
---Changed the stator overcurrent limit (7.1.1,.2009 version 7.1.1);
---Changed the interval division of long-term asymmetric load limits (see 7.1.3,.2009 version of 7.1.3);
---Added specific requirements for sudden short circuit conditions (see 7.1.5);
--- Added requirements for synchronous integration into the power grid (see 7.2);
---Added generator grounding area requirements and grounding identification requirements (see 7.3);
---Changed the insulation performance requirements (see 8.1,.2009 version of 8.1);
---Changed the withstand voltage test limits (see 8.2,.2009 version of 8.2);
--- Added voltage endurance test requirements (see 8.4)
---Added hot and cold cycle test requirements (see 8.5);
---Increases the requirements for structural strength and stiffness of mechanical design, and clearly divides them into three working conditions, namely normal working conditions, special working conditions and extreme working conditions.
Working conditions, three concepts and corresponding strength design requirements are given (see 9.3);
---Added a supplementary explanation that the vibration limit of the machine base is not a performance guarantee value (see 10.1.2, 9.8 of the.2009 version);
---Added core vibration speed limit requirements for 50Hz and 60Hz products (see 10.1.3);
---Added technical requirements for current collecting devices (see 12.3.3);
---Added technical requirements for structural tolerance (see 12.4);
---Added relevant content of evaporative cooling system (see 13.1.3, Appendix E);
---Added redundancy requirements for coolers and additional fans (see 13.2);
---Added the requirement to attach a QR code on the nameplate (see Chapter 17);
---Added the correction method for the measured ventilation loss of the hydrogenerator (see Appendix A);
---Added the correction method for measured bearing loss values under different lubricating oil temperatures (see Appendix B);
---Change the test items into informative content (see Appendix C, Chapter 18 of the.2009 edition);
---Change the content of the auxiliary equipment list in the scope of supply to informative content (see Chapter 20 and Appendix E, Chapter 16 of the.2009 edition
chapter).
