1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of sweet potato puree test, sampling, sample preparation, determination and calculation of results.
This standard applies to products of sweet potato pure quality test.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

Damaged but still useful sweet potato chips, including worm-eaten, disease, frostbite, mold and potato chips discoloration, deterioration of the potato chips.
